We inform that the data provided to us by the Visitor when registering at star-respmed.com will be processed for the following purposes: management of client/supplier master data, administrative management, possible sending of information and promotions inherent to similar services, legal compliance, self-certification of identity and professional status.
It is the Visitor's responsibility to verify the correctness of the personal data concerning him/her and, if necessary, to proceed to the rectification, updating or, in any case, modification of data that are incorrect and/or no longer in the course of processing.

The processing will be carried out both through traditional methods and with the help of electronic or automatic systems (art. 130, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the "Code regarding the protection of personal data," Legislative Decree 196/03). The data, in fact, may be stored both in paper archives and in electronic archives, so as to allow, where necessary, the identification and selection of aggregate data.

The provision of data is optional, however, a refusal would make it impossible to continue using the platform and any type of relationship, as the processing of data is essential for access to the system and to fulfil legal obligations.

The data processing will take place mainly by Med Stage S.r.l. as administrator of the star-respmed.com website. For reasons functional to the provision of services, data may also be processed by third parties such as:

• CME course organizers;
• Accredited providers;
• Subsidiary, associated and parent companies.

In any case, it is excluded that the data be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

The Data Controller is: Med Maps S.r.l. with registered office in Via Rossini, 10, 20062 Cassano d'Adda (Milan).

The Visitor is allowed to claim his right at any time with the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for clarity:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain indication of:
   1. of the origin of the personal data;
   2. of the purposes and methods of processing;
   3. of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
   4. of the identification data concerning the data controller, the data processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2 (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003);
   5. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
   1. the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
   2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
   3. certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
   1. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
   2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
